Let me introduce myself
Hello fellow Motorsport fans, my name is Jesse Lambert and I LOVE racing. I’ve loved racing ever since birth, however, my parents always believed the sport to be too dangerous. I eventually managed to convince them and I started Go-Karting in the summer of 2022. I have always been a very competitive individual. I won’t quit until I win, even in something as simple as a ping pong game with my dad. My dream is to one day race cars and be on the top step of the podium. I am nothing short of ecstatic for the 2025 season. I am racing for the second time in a different age category. I turned 16 years old this year, which means in Go-Karting that I must race in the senior category. This is a very competitive category and we are excited to see what the future holds in place for us. I raced in several different championships last season in Rotax senior and Rok senior. I will work the absolute hardest that I possibly can to win and prove my worth as a racing driver.
As 2024 was my third second karting season, I had to overcome many challenges, however, I had the help of my amazing parents. Whenever I was down or in a bad situation, my parents were always by my side and encouraged me to drive like they know I can. I have massively progressed and improved from the beginning to the end of the 2024 season. I am so happy with the progress and results that I have achieved at the end of the year. I now have a much better understanding on how to set up a go-kart, how to find the ideal racing line and braking points, as well as how to improve the kart in any way possible. Karting is also a very physical and demanding sport. This is another reason why I am excited for the 2025 season. In 2024, I experienced lots of difficulty with the physical part of racing. For a few weekends in my 2024 season, I was driving two go-karts at once! This made me very exhausted and caused my performance in the go-kart to decrease. Therefore, I have trained excessively this winter to get into better shape physically and be much more prepared for my upcoming season. As well as training physically, I have trained my race craft and my driving skills in the go-kart in general. I have put a large amount of hours practicing and learning my kart and setups on my simulator. This has helped me develop much more as a driver and I can’t wait to apply what I have learned on the track!
This year I will be racing in the Senior Karting category!
This will be my second season racing in the senior category, and these drivers are extremely competitive. This means that I have got to do my absolute best and try my hardest this season to keep up with the other drivers! As this is the senior category, which is for drivers above 15 years old, these drivers are very experienced and are therefore extremely skilled. I am going to have to give it all I got and really put in the work as a driver to not only keep up with these drivers, but stay in front of them. I love a challenge and I am very excited for this upcoming season.
